LaunchWright ("the Service") is an AI-powered guidance tool that helps developers navigate app store submission processes. The Service is provided by PixelForge Studio LLC, operating as LaunchWright ("we", "us").
By purchasing Early Access, you authorize an immediate charge of $149.00 USD for a one-year subscription beginning on the date of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at $149.00/year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription automatically renews annually at the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@zenarcadelabs.com or through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide a prorated refund for the current term, except within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. After 14 days, no refunds are provided for the current subscription term. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.
LaunchWright is currently in active development. Features described on our website represent our intended product capabilities. We are targeting launch in Q2 2026. If the Service does not launch within 90 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund regardless of the 14-day refund window.
LaunchWright provides guidance and suggestions. We do not guarantee that your app will be approved by Apple or Google. App review decisions are made solely by the respective platform operators.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for app rejections, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email of any material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
